Hey DT, is there a known problem with the network a hop or two from the server? I haven't been able to reach either server since at least yesterday.

Other online traceroutes go a different way, and get there fine. I just seem to cross a bermuda triangle and wanted to bring it to your attention. Some others may be affected too.
